Our caregivers go beyond the role of a mere "sitter" as they perform various tasks that showcase their versatility and exceptional skills. They serve as skilled chefs, attentive listeners, reliable drivers, efficient reporters, personal shoppers, effective problem solvers, spa attendants, vigilant safety officers, trusted friends, and even extended family. Caregivers wear multiple hats, and they carry out each role with great proficiency and dedication!

Our caregivers are carefully screened. Upon hire, Americare performs the following verifications:

• Background Checks

• Adverse Actions

• Exclusions

• Driver's License Status Inquiry

• Employment Verification / Reference Checks

• CNA Certification, if applicable

 * Additionally, we perform drug screening upon hire and/or at random.

• Overtime pay calculated at 1 ½ times your regular pay rate.
